A. Sexual Harassment
Retained by small employer to perform impartial investigation of executive based on complaints of sexual harassment. This investigation involved complex questions of supervisor-employee relationship and the overlap of alleged poor performance with allegations of sexual harassment both as to quid pro quo and hostile environment.
B. Misconduct
Retained by outside counsel for privately-held large organization to conduct an investigation of intimidation by long-term, union employee.
C. Race/Sex Discrimination
Retained by general counsel for municipality to conduct a widely-focused investigation of charges of alleged race discrimination, gender discrimination and sexual harassment. This investigation involved more than multiple witnesses at various levels as well as complex procedural regulations.
D. Potential co-worker violence
Retained by the human resources department of a state agency to conduct a large-scale investigation of complaints of potential work place violence involving co-workers. Investigation interviews were conducted with employees at several levels of a unionized work population.
